The paint job was done very professionally. However, very, very disappointed in their service. What I expected to take a maximum of two weeks to complete it ended up being five weeks - and without a valid reason. Then, at the end, I received a notification that the truck repair had been completed but it won't be released to me because they had not received payment from the insurance company. I was livid. Gerber’s customer service is exceptional. From the moment we checked the car in with Andy and Christy at the front desk to when we picked it up was amazing. We were kept updated on the progress of the repair which took less time than anticipated. Gerber took care of returning the rental car for us. We received our car back beautifully repaired and nicely cleaned. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.
