Cristy was absolutely rude! I had car sent in for estimate to see if I need to involve insurance company. She calls and says I need to get insurance involved. I file claim and get a message saying car is totaled. Called shop to inquire about car. I asked what estimate to repair car was. Cristy told me that no estimate was done because insurance company totaled it out. I called ins co and they told me Gerber said it was totaled. Called Cristy again and she told me it was ins co. DON’T GO HERE!!! They destroyed my son’s car! It was a hit and run! Not my son’s fault but we were treated as if it was. They took the car apart, even parts that didn’t need to be taken apart. Then they refused to fix it because they found prior damage. Instead of giving us the option to fix it (outside of insurance) they stuffed all of the parts in the car and let it sit until we towed it to another collision shop.
