Customer service was pretty good! Kept me informed , the work on my car seems like they did an ok job! But! I would not recommend anyone to go to this place! They kept my car longer than expected, someone was vaping and smoking cigarettes in my car! We found the vape and they admitted it was theirs!!! They knew what they did and offered to detail my car. I took my car there 8:30 in the morning , received it back at 3:30 in the afternoon and the car is the exact same. Spoke to the manager she was no help and rude! I wish I co... read more
Sadly, we've had to be Gerber Collision customers far more often that we would've liked, but their service is always great and the repairs they've done are top notch. I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, but if the need arises, this is the first place we'll come.

Don't go to this place, you'll be happier elsewhere! I noticed loose installation of door trim, new paint chips were painted on the hood, clear coat on front quarter panel of other side was sanded off, dirt was painted on the door jamb, sanding dust everywhere and very ugly application of tire shine when I went to pick up after receiving their phone call telling me their QUALITY INSPECTION is complete and ready for pick up.
