First of all, I normally do all of my vehicle repairs myself, but my insurance covered me when I hit a deer so I figured why not just bring it in. From the moment I walked through the door, it was horrible. I was treated as if I was a complete moron, and could tell they just wanted me out of there. They refused to come out with me so I could show them what was damaged, and every time I stated something was wrong I got "is that it???" ! I'm pretty sure they never looked at it period. Outstanding service, made getting our truck fixed easy and painless. Very professional and extremely helpful though out the whole process
The repair quality was acceptable, once it finally got done. However, the lack of communication from the newaygo shop was extremely unacceptable and terrible. The repairs were originally supposed to take one week. After the initial delay, the lack of communication and miscommunication from there on was terrible. I was told to disregard the automatic messages regarding the status, and was simply told the system was not accurate about the work that was getting done.
