Great service here! The guy who works at the front desk (I think his name is Austin) was very helpful and professional. Assisted in calling the insurance company and handled all the paperwork. Having his help made me feel at ease.
Great experience. Never felt like I didn't know what was going on or where we were in the process. Polite staff. Great work, had some body and paint done, beautiful work and paint match in a difficult color.
Chrissy Brandt best associate made it extremely easy for me to get my car in and out for service after I had an accident and took the bumper off my front of my car. She made the process simple and fast and help me get in touch with the rental car company and the return of my rental car. Thank you so much. The work done to my car was top-notch. I can't even tell the bumper.Isn't the original when I originally bought the car.
I received top notch service from Chrissy at Gerber Collision in Orangevale. She worked tirelessly to understand my auto body repair needs and went above and beyond to assist. This is now my "GO TO" shop for collision and glass needs.
The great reviews on here are fluff these cut rate insurance shop like Gerber don’t do quality work. They put body filler over paint and primer bill for replaced parts that they don’t replace a real scam if you ask me horrible work Iam now at another shop getting repaired properly and replacing the parts they billed for and never replaced total scam beware and stay clear of any shop the insurance company recommends
