An uninsured driver damaged my 15 year old Lexus Rx350 by running a stop sign. While she admitted fault, my options were limited as I had dropped my collision coverage due to my vehicle's age. The car was in excellent condition prior to the wreck, the accident caused damage to rear quarter panel and bumper which I thought might cost more than the car's value of about $16k.
