I am absolutely so satisfied with the service here at Gerber Collision and Glass in Orangevale. The help by Greg, Chrissy, Oscar and all other staff has been outstanding. My car was in another shop for quite some time, letting my car just sit there so I decided to take it to Gerber and they were able to help me right away. I had a horrible experience at this auto body shop. I used to use Gerber all the time and would highly recommended the OV location to friends and family. My last experience with them is enough to wipe away all the good experiences and that is sad. They have a new guy in the office that does not care if the customer is happy or not. Great service here! The guy who works at the front desk (I think his name is Austin) was very helpful and professional. Assisted in calling the insurance company and handled all the paperwork. Having his help made me feel at ease.
Great experience. Never felt like I didn't know what was going on or where we were in the process. Polite staff. Great work, had some body and paint done, beautiful work and paint match in a difficult color.
