I have had good work done here before so today I stopped to see if they could fix a tweaked rear door on my Ford Transit. They looked at it and told me they could fix the problem and in fact would take it right in. Fifteen minutes later they had fixed it perfectly. When I asked what I owed they said no charge! I won’t go anywhere else.
Frankly, I wish all auto service providers could be as perfect as at Gerber Woodstock. From A to Z, including communication with my insurance company, their work has been spotless and to make things even more better, their team is efficient and very nice. I nearly wish I could crash my car more often!
Dana and the auto tech at the Gerber in Woodstock were so accommodating and friendly. It was my pleasure doing business with them.
I ended up going with a different vendor, but not because of anything this business did. I needed repairs they couldn't provide at that location, but here is why I am giving them the 5 stars. Their front desk person was one of the most helpful, honest, and genuine people I have ever encountered.
