Natalie and Jesse as well as the rest of the Gerber family were amazing! Frequent updates so I was never left unsure about when I would get my car back, and I even got it back a week or so early. I actually had a lot more trouble with my insurance company, and they were so patient in helping me work that out.
Gerber Collision & Glass deserves 10/10 stars. My experience with them was nothing short of amazing! Natalie at the front treated me like family and kept me updated through the entire process of my car repairs. She and the team assisted in getting a rental and made the process run so smoothly! I could not recommend them more!

The repair work was well done and I’m happy with the quality of work. I think things took a little longer than promised because they required an external vendor to complete some of the work and they didn’t complete on time. This is why 4 instead of 5 stars. The team is very friendly and frequently communicates with you (even if the communication is “still waiting on parts”).
