Do not ever I mean ever take your car here! WORST service I've ever seen in my entire life! My car got backed into they gave me a date to get it fixed then called me and pushed the date to later, I bring my car in they say two weeks, then call me tell me they need to send my car to a different place, sure no problem, now its been 3 weeks my car is still not fixed and im STILL coming out of pocket to pay for a rental i've called every single day this week to be told millions of different things I come to pick the car up today... read more

This was my first experience with them and I would gladly work with them again. I took my car in after an accident and the job they did was incredible! It’s like it didn’t even happen!
Absolutely worst customer service. 9 day of begging for a estimate. When finally submitted to my insurance co. Gerber added 100k miles to my actual milage. Had to fight the insurance co to get it corrected. Because of gerber my insurance co wanted to pay out just 5k for my totaled car that books for 12k. 20 phone calls later it was corrected. If I could leave no stars I would. Her gerber, you owe me 1 star.
