I will never take any of my vehicles to another Gerber owned business again. Was told my car would be fixed in a week maybe two… with the estimate of $3,000+. My car has been with Gerber for over a month and my bill is over $8,000. Weekly I get a call saying my car will be done later in the week with a follow up call saying a machine is broke or waiting for another part, with a constant “this isn’t our fault” Highly disappointed
Our car was broken into and we needed a body shop and glass place this seemed like a no-brainer. Well apparently the people that do glass are separate. They’re the same company but not. You have to press a certain number to talk to the local place otherwise someone from Texas answers the phone… Super confusing.
