I was involved in an accident and took my truck here and dealt with Braxton, my experience with him was fantastic, the work completed was great, especially the communication was above and beyond. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend them to anyone. They were very quick and efficient and did a magnificent job on my truck.
I chose Gerber because it was listed as a shop that works directly with my State Farm insurance for a repair after hitting a deer. Shane took a look at my car for a few minutes on my lunch and had the estimate over to me and State Farm shortly thereafter. After dropping off my car a few days later, Shane kept in great communication with me with updates on timing and how things were going.
