Customer service was Awesome, Monica is very knowledgeable, she actually remembered me and my vehicle that was total last year. All the employees are nice but Monica really stood out. They called to have me picked up by the car rental company and made sure when I came to pick up my vehicle I was in and out in 15 minutes because I was on my lunch break. I dropped tge rental off to them and they called and had them come to the shop to pick it up.
Nice people but no eye for completion or detail. Said it was completed twice. First time I went and the rim was not fixed and the hood was misaligned. When I picked up next it had white dust compound on it so badly that I didn’t notice that one of the spots was still damage to the hood. This is sad. Then their bus noticeable marks from a spot further back that was from the collision. I am very disappointed.
Very reliable. The work was done in a timely manner and I found nothing to object.
