Julia was amaziiiiiiing! She was thoroughly, courteous, respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable in her work. Customer Service was excellent too! Nice clean atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
My 4th time taking my vehicle here in 8 yrs I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Awesome customer service, fast service, and the guys who fix the cars were very nice, helpful and friendly. They dedicate their time to get your car back to you fast and keep up with you on the progress of your vehicle. My vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up and they even gave me a warranty!! Highly recommend this place
My Wolkswagen Passat was involved in an accident and my insurance sent me to Gerber. The entire team was very helpful. I worked mostly with Antonio lozano Hernandez. He was very kind and patient. His professionalism will definitely make me refer Gerber of Germantown to my friends.
