Avoid Gerber at all costs. Ask your insurance company if there is an alternative. Had my car for 3 weeks to repair a small dent and passenger side rear view mirror. They promise to communicate with you during the repair, but do not do so. In addition, I kept getting told so many different repair completion dates that I could not keep track. I'm the one who had to initiate all the calls regarding status of my repair.
