They are awesome, they communicated well & got everything done & showed remorse & showed they cared about what was going on & what I was going through
Tried to get an estimate because it says free estimate on your website, due to the fact I did not want to use my insurance was not interested I dealing with my car.
Avoid Gerber at all costs. Ask your insurance company if there is an alternative. Had my car for 3 weeks to repair a small dent and passenger side rear view mirror. They promise to communicate with you during the repair, but do not do so. In addition, I kept getting told so many different repair completion dates that I could not keep track. I'm the one who had to initiate all the calls regarding status of my repair.
