3 Stars for an Average Review because I didn’t get to use this shop for repairs. Great Communication and Awesome Customer Service. They waived a towing service for me which was nice. They had my car sitting for too long before I was notified that they could transfer it to another one of their locations. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. They provided a quick assessment of work to be done. They also coordinated very well with the insurance company.
Very professional experience. The manager gave us a fair estimate. Was able to meet different employees and everyone very friendly. But most importantly the workmanship was outstanding. I appreciate the fact of getting my vehicle completed in a timely manner. The Porter Mark took of my vehicle and I appreciate his attention to details. It’s been a month now since I got my car back from Gerber. I got into an accident with a lot of front end damage (have a Toyota). My car was in the shop for a little over a month. The initial estimated date was extended by 2 weeks due to delays outside of their control (issues with parts, delays from the person who needed to calibrate my car).
