I hit a deer and my insurance company has an agreement with Gerber so I went there. I have to say, they went above and beyond what I expected with their service. I couldn't be happier.
Took 2 weeks to get a 10-minute estimate. Then a month to get in. Then another month to repair. When I got my vehicle back, it was totally empty of fuel, they had burnt out 2 batteries, both less than a year and a half old, but only bothered to replace one of them, they had ripped out wiring for my sound system from the battery they did manage to replace, and didn't replace it. Would give a 0 if I could. Took my car here after someone hit me. I got my car back and had damage still on it. They ruined my interior trying to clean it. Took it back to get it fixed and they ended up damaging more than what was originally damaged. Save yourself the trouble. They are expecting you not to look at the repairs. Just a few pictures , but there are tons more.
Helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Professionalism and frequent updates. A great repair experience.
