I've used gerber collision twice, the first time it was a good experience but the second time was not so pleasant and that's because they tried to pull a fast one on me and lied to me and said the insurance company made a request that they didn't and tried to charge for something they didn't do. I called to get an update on my vehicle and they said they were waiting on the repairs for the rims I had on it when I was told beforehand which was also on my estimate that the rims would be replaced.
