Long story short, I brought in my car to get the mirror fixed since someone took off my mirror. Anita, the receptionist, was nice. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into a 10 day one. I was super patient with them and tried to be understanding, as my car isn't the only one that needs fixing, it's how they went about it that irritated me the most. I worked with Anita and Molly. They were both extremely helpful, kind, considerate, professional, and communicated in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location.
I do not recommend anyone chose this Gerber collision center My thought at first they greeting you welling and that the only thing I would say good about the company at first decision to come to there place not being referred or nothing just went They had my car for a month You telling me at the end of May I come pick my car up I have issues the next day the job they supposed have done was falling apart had to come back to get it fix how do you have a car for a month and piece are falling off Had another issues they was work... read more
