Long story short, I brought in my car to get the mirror fixed since someone took off my mirror. Anita, the receptionist, was nice. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into a 10 day one. I was super patient with them and tried to be understanding, as my car isn't the only one that needs fixing, it's how they went about it that irritated me the most.
