TERRIBLE Experience 2X - AVOID GERBER AT ALL COSTS We have had numerous repairs at this same location for 25+ years and through several ownership changes - each and every experience was exceptional from start to finish until Gerber bought the operation. #1 Last winter (2017-18) my wife took her Audi Q7 to Gerber for a front-end repair that they were "not qualified" to repair so it was trucked to an Audi-certified shop in Louisville and the paperwork was lost(!)
