I was blown away with the excellent service from start to finish. I was backed into at a corner and the damage was more than I anticipated. State Farm and Gerber worked smoothly together and took care of everything in just one 24 hour day. Exceeded our expectations for sure. I went to Gerber because a couple years back I hit a mailbox and knocked my side mirror off. Fortunately the mirror just had a minor scratch and Brad placed the mirror back on and charged me nothing. Below I added a few after and before pictures of a dog that scratched my paint drivers side door. The customer service was very professional great communication. Price seemed a little high to me for such a small scratch if I’m being honest, but definitely worth it in the end. Was very satisfied overall had a great experience quick turn around, with great staff.
Brad, Brittney and Lyn are AMAZING! They really know what they are doing. Brittney kept me up today via email at least 2 times a week. If I wanted to check on the progress all I had to do was call. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass in Allendale to EVERYONE. I live in Kentwood but I will always go to the Allendale shop! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We were out of town driving through MI to Arizona. Noticed our oil pan protective shield was hanging loose. Stopped at Gerber Collision and Glass for them to take a look - they fixed it right away and didn't even charge us anything. Thank you!
