Very professional
The attention to detail and obsession with me being satisfied was off the charts at this Gerber location. I can highly recommend them. They delivered my car looking like new.
Allstate recommended that we send my son's car to this shop after he was rear-ended. From the pics and video that my son shared, the damage didn't appear too severe. However, the inspector warned that the car was unsafe to drive due to the risk of carbon monoxide leaking inside. We scheduled a repair start and end date, but the deadline kept getting delayed. Booked through Gerber’s site expecting their shop 5 minutes away to replace my windshield. Instead, they sent it to Glass America (owned by same parent company? )— something not disclosed on their site. Gerber has great reviews; Glass America, not so much. I was told the tech would arrive anytime between 8 and 5. When I laughed, support said there’s a note they’re ‘on the way.’ I waited 2 hours, and no one came. I called them and cancelled.
