Allstate recommended that we send my son's car to this shop after he was rear-ended. From the pics and video that my son shared, the damage didn't appear too severe. Booked through Gerber’s site expecting their shop 5 minutes away to replace my windshield. Instead, they sent it to Glass America (owned by same parent company? )— something not disclosed on their site. Gerber has great reviews; Glass America, not so much. I was told the tech would arrive anytime between 8 and 5. When I laughed, support said there’s a note they’re ‘on the way.’ I waited 2 hours, and no one came. I called them and cancelled.
