I brought my vehicle in for repairs and was promised my vehicle would be back in pre accident condition. That didn't happen. I was promised a timely repair. The repair process started on Nov 19th and was just completed, although not satisfactory (February 12th). I was promised a credit and a gas card for time lost and inefficient ordering of parts.
