I took my car for repair at Gerber Collision (Natomas) after someone side swap my front bumper. The drop off was pretty smooth and easy; however, shortly it became a terrible experience having to deal with Enterprise Rent a Car. Although Enterprise was 3 mins away, my toddler (including his car seat) and I waited for over 30 mins for a pickup. Enterprise never showed up. I was pretty annoyed. Had brought my car for repairs last year and they did an amazing job! Customer service was excellent. Friendly and kid workers. This year had to bring my car back due to another car accident. Did not think twice on taking it elsewhere. Del Paso Rd shop is convenient, since shop is in the area I live. Body work on my car was great, like brand new. Shout out to repair crew.
