What a great find, when I needed help with my car. Above and beyond.
Poor communication and poor execution. My Truck was supposed to be done Friday. In the paint shop as of last Tuesday I was told. Shop was supposed to update me if anything changed. No updates even though I inquired on Friday. So as of today no updates for 6 days. Wasn't feeling the great customer service I was promised so I drove there today. No painting took place last week. Our car was damaged by a falling tree during Hurricane Milton, so we took it to Gerber for repairs. The staff was excellent—very friendly and professional. The estimated repair time was 9 business days, but they completed the work in 6 and kept us updated throughout the process. When we picked up the car, it was perfect; you couldn’t tell it had ever been damaged.
