I chose Gerber Collision out of several options I was given by our insurance Company, State Farm. This was absolutely the best place to use. Debbie went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. I appreciated the ease of receiving a rental car at the service location, communication throughout the repair process, and quality of work done.

Poor communication and poor execution. My Truck was supposed to be done Friday. In the paint shop as of last Tuesday I was told. Shop was supposed to update me if anything changed. No updates even though I inquired on Friday. So as of today no updates for 6 days. Wasn't feeling the great customer service I was promised so I drove there today. No painting took place last week. So, Truck is still not painted which means parts aren't put back on yet. Wishful thinking at this point. Not sure when they were actually going to upda... read more
