It’s been over three weeks and I have yet to get my car. I keep getting told waiting on parts and etc. minimal updates and was quoted a quicker return. But seems that was a lie and even the pricing has changed several times as well even with going through my insurance. At this point I should have taken it to a mom and pop shop that work in better hours as well. So the work at this point is sub par compared to the service experience I’ve been getting. The statement about Lifetime Warranty is Misleading is, that what they write in their estimate at the end: "... WE OFFER NEITHER A WARRANTY NOR GUARANTEE ON OR FOR RUST REPAIRS ..."; "... This estimate has been prepared based on the use of crash parts supplied by a source other than the manufacturer of your motor vehicle. Warranties applicable to these replacement parts are provided by the manufacturer or distributor of those parts rather than the manufacturer of your vehicle."
Carlos GM goes above and beyond to assist you with making the repair process seeming-less. He’s very knowledgeable and communicates updates as needed. He ensures that the customer comes first. My car was sideswiped by a hit-and-run driver this morning. Took my car in for an estimate. The Estimator "Zach Tripoli "did an amazing job buffing out the damage.
This used to be under a different name and owner. Fortunately, the managers in charge are still the same ones, with the same great service and attention.
