Hit a deer in Our truck..Drove the truck afterwards till Insurance company sent us here to be fixed and we had no problems with the headlights now a check engine light on but picked our truck up yesterday and the headlights want go off and they told us to take the battery cable off and also the check engine light is and on top of all that they took our change out of our console and we were told that whomever vacuumed it out vacuumed it up and Rose that works there offered us $5 to replace the change..Would not recommend this... read more

Allstate sent my car here. I got rear ended and the car was pulling to the right the number was messed up and coming away from the front of the body. Per the estimate they had to do a body pull. They call me to tell me it was ready. They did not do anything alignment and said hey now when your car gets to 60 it shakes. I advised it did not do that before I brought it in. I drove it for 5 days after the wreck. Had it been shaking I would have requested a rental right away and parked it as I drive to Chattanooga for work. He s... read more
