Dont take you car here there are plenty of better collision shops Randi is the worst. she has a terrible snobby dry attitude for no reason

Unfortunately, we have had to bring a number of vehicles to be repaired. Fortunately, each time Randi, Alan and the team ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. I have found them to be reliable and responsive.
I had an absolute horrible experience with the Gerber location on 125 Foster Dr in Mcdonough, GA. I have used Gerber for several jobs for both collision and glass on my personal and fleet vehicles. I had used the online estimator for our Fleet Van that was involved in an accident. The estimate was fair, so I used the online appointment scheduler for the following day. Both Jamie and Randi could extremely improve on their customer service skills. As a first-time customer, I was very displeased with my experience. As a receptionist (Jamie), it is imperative to have a positive attitude to customers and not blow off their questions. My experience started off sour with my appointment for an estimate. This office told my insurance adjuster that I was a no-show, when in fact my scheduled appointment date had not passed.
