I had an absolute horrible experience with the Gerber location on 125 Foster Dr in Mcdonough, GA. I have used Gerber for several jobs for both collision and glass on my personal and fleet vehicles. I had used the online estimator for our Fleet Van that was involved in an accident. The estimate was fair, so I used the online appointment scheduler for the following day. Both Jamie and Randi could extremely improve on their customer service skills. As a first-time customer, I was very displeased with my experience. As a receptionist (Jamie), it is imperative to have a positive attitude to customers and not blow off their questions. My experience started off sour with my appointment for an estimate. This office told my insurance adjuster that I was a no-show, when in fact my scheduled appointment date had not passed. Where do I even begin! I was backed into while picking up lunch by a pickup truck. Luckily she stayed and had insurance. I was given the pleasure of working with an auto body shop in the Good hands repair network. I was referred to Randi and her team at Gerber Collision. They took care of me like I was FAMILY. From day one I received text updates and it was like I was there for the entire process from the ordering of the parts down to the wash and vacuum. This is my second time coming to this location and it’s been nothing but amazing. They communicate really well with the steps on your car being repaired. They even arranged enterprise to come get me so I could get my rental car.

Had to take my dad’s car in for repairs after a car accident/ insurance was paying for repairs. When I called they had an appointment for drop off the next day then it took about 2 weeks to fix. I was updated every Tuesday and Thursday, Randi was amazing, nice and always answering messages. Once car was done work looked great.
