This is my second time coming to this location and it’s been nothing but amazing. They communicate really well with the steps on your car being repaired. They even arranged enterprise to come get me so I could get my rental car.
Had to take my dad’s car in for repairs after a car accident/ insurance was paying for repairs. When I called they had an appointment for drop off the next day then it took about 2 weeks to fix. I was updated every Tuesday and Thursday, Randi was amazing, nice and always answering messages. Once car was done work looked great.
Picked up my car in worse condition then it was when I dropped it off!! They were supposed to just do some body work but now my car takes about 5 minutes to pick up speed! When I asked to speak to the person who worked on my car, I was told by the receptionist that they aren't allowed to come to the front where I was at. She kept saying my car had previous issues. And yes with my previous issues, my car was driving me to work just fine! Now I have to get a ride to work until I get my car fixed! I will not recommend this comp... read more
