Chris, the general manager, was so understanding and respectful on the phone when I called about an issue that I was told by the dealer could have been from work they had done. It’s rare today to receive the type of service Chris provided. He didn’t have to offer to look at reimbursing me for a diagnostic when the issue wasn’t their responsibility, but he did! And, WOW!!
