This shop should be embarrassed to be delivering cars back to customers with the paint and body issues a blind person can catch. The manager does a horrible job of communicating and skipping quality control must be procedure. I feel horrible for referring this place.
Just got my car back from gerber and looks terrible. Brought it in to get clear coat fixed and a little rust spot. They just painted over the rust and the paint job looks really bad it's feels gritty. They broke the window run and found interior panel hanging down. Quality control just isn't there.
Great experience at Gerber. Easy process getting our car fixed, car was ready before promised and it looks great. Would definitely go here again!
Adrian was professional, polite and got the minor work done quickly.
