Had an amazing experience with Gerber in Puyallup. Danielle, Roman, and Jaxx were top notch. The communication and twice a week updates were above and beyond customer service. The quality of work is amazing. Can't even tell my truck was in an accident. Glad to know that companies still care about the customer.

Started as any other auto body experience, truck gets hit and insurance recommends a place. They were nice and friendly and replaced my bed fender on my dually, gave it back in a timely manner all was good, paint, body lines, gaps etc. 1 missed detail on ordering a mud flap they couldnt find. I was told i could pick up the truck and take home while i picked an alternative flap which i had my mind made up on the one i wanted and when it arrived i can go back and get it installed. 3 months later im still waiting on said flap, ... read more

Hands down the best auto body repair facility around. I had my Toyota tundra repaired by GERBER collision after a pretty severe accident in December of last year. They worked with me and my insurance company to get the repairs authorized on my truck resulting in my truck being fixed and running better and smoother than it ever has before. I give an extreme big shout out to the general manager CP and the production manager, Mike along with the technician that worked on my tundra.
