I’ve had nothing but the best experience since the first time I stepped through the door, Brenda, who’s at the front is very kind and friendly . Ben is who I dealt with through the whole process to make sure everything went smooth and it did! Luckily for me, the car got done earlier than anticipated. I’m very thankful for people making this so much easier for me especially during a car accident situation. There’s a lot of stress. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service.
Gerber is awesome! From the customer service (Brenda and Karen (Unicorn hunter)) to Ben and those we don’t meet who finish the job. I was treated well, my car was repaired and looks beautiful. The end product was above expectations! Calibrations included! We live in south Florida and there are a lot of bad drivers! Eventually you or someone you know will need a car collision company. I can’t express enough, my appreciation to Gerber Collision . From the start Brenda was kind , considerate, professional and VERY personable! They have a relationship with Enterprise so I was picked up to get my rental car. I received regular updates from Ben, didn’t have to call once to check on my vehicle. Throughout my years of experience, Gerber Collision was The Best by far , my Infinity looks amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision for the honesty, workmanship, and efficiency!!!
