I had a fantastic experience at Gerber. Taylor and Breanna were able to answer all my questions. Taylor had great follow-up keeping me informed as to the status of my car's repairs. Just by working with Taylor and Breanna I felt that the rest of the staff would put 100% effort into their work! Gerber also handed my car rental with Enterprise so I didn't have to do any coordination on that end. Spectacular job!!! Great facility very clean and modern. Exceptionally helpful, professional, and thorough staff. They kept me updated throughout the whole process by phone and text and there was no surprises. They handled the claim direct with my insurance and there zero issues with anything. Taylor and Bri at Gerber in Lake Park were amazing! My car was done fast, I was kept informed throughout the entire process with updates, my car was detailed before I received it, and it looked better when I picked it up than before the accident. I would recommend them to anyone!
