It’s apparent that I spoke entirely too soon. Since I’ve had my vehicle back, it shakes due to them putting the busted rim (see pics) on the back right side, instead of replacing it( like I was told they would). My undercover engine splash shield/ lower engine cover was dragging all the way back to Columbus, Inside where the drive shaft is loose( see pics) and now, my truck is dead as nobody thought to check my starter, as you can see my front end took a lot of damage. NOT MY REAL REVIEW.. This is like a pre-review. So far, I’m noticing the one star comments are from people who were sent here by USAA and I was sent by USAA and dropped my vehicle off yesterday (hydroplaned). I was sent a repair time of June 23rd?!? Hopefully, my experience will be much better and l I’ll give a POST REVIEW update.
