So far, I’m noticing the one star comments are from people who were sent here by USAA and I was sent by USAA and dropped my vehicle off yesterday (hydroplaned). I was sent a repair time of June 23rd?!? Hopefully, my experience will be much better and l I’ll give a POST REVIEW update. I was referred to Gerber Collision by USAA for my auto repair after an accident. My car was hit on the passenger side and pushed against the curb on the driver side. It began making noise when I reach speed over 40mph. I notified Gerber collision of the noise before repair. When I went to get my car after repair, they told me it was making that noise because I need new tires, which was false.
