Customer service was great. Unfortunately the repair was not done correctly and I’m disappointed. I dropped it off with Gerber at the beginning of August and did not receive it back until the Beginning of September. Parts are hard to find for this vehicle, so was expected. However, when you wait that long you expect them to be able to source the right parts for the vehicle and give it back to you fully repaired. I had a great experience with this Gerber location. They were very accommodating in allowing me to wait until all parts came in prior to dropping our car off as it was still operational so as to minimize rental car charges. Communication in advance of work being done was stellar as was the twice weekly status updates on Tuesday and Thursday when the car was with them. I was kept up to speed every step of the way. Brandi and Keith were extremely helpful with my car's situation. They were able to answer all my questions and provided daily updates to the repairs. They do good body work and matched the paint perfectly. Couldn't be happier!
Very professional. Very courteous staff. Entire process explained. Seamless integration with our insurance. Very prompt with the claim inspection and getting repair work completed.
