Replaced bumper plus paint work.
My repair expert was a nice experienced guy who helped repair my car a couple times and make it look like new after it got vandalized by a jealous neighbor as soon as I bought it. Their office lady is nice too. They do good work and are nice people. I recommend this body shop. Thanks again for fixing up my car a few times.
I had a really rough time dealing with the insurance company after my parked car was hit, but Gerber Collision & Glass made everything else unbelievably smooth. Their communication was consistent, clear, and way better than what I was getting from insurance. Very professional and as helpful as they could be given my car was a total loss. Very thorough review of the damage to my vehicle.
Customer service was great. Unfortunately the repair was not done correctly and I’m disappointed. I dropped it off with Gerber at the beginning of August and did not receive it back until the Beginning of September. Parts are hard to find for this vehicle, so was expected. However, when you wait that long you expect them to be able to source the right parts for the vehicle and give it back to you fully repaired.
