Excellent customer service experience from the first phone call to the final solution. Knowledgeable staff with confidence and the solutions to your problems. Shout out to Randy for their outside the box thinking and willingness to deal with the odd stuff my vehicle brought up to the shop.

I had an amazing experience at Gerber. Everyone was very very professional. It was ideal experience all around.
Service was great and staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They sent me live updates with estimated time of completion which was super helpful. My rear bumper needed replacement (insurance claim) and parts came in super quick. Labor got finished up in a day and I got my truck back the same week. Very pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround and quality of service. Would definitely recommend.
