I had a accident in Marble Falls Tx that was not my fault I was referred by my insurance company to use I believe Gerber did a wonderful job putting my car together but they ran into a problem with my computer calibration Rose called me with updates and was very persistent with updates I would give them a 4 out of 5 Thanks Rose
Horrible experience. They lost one of the two quotes they did. told me my car was ready and when I came to get it only half of the repairs were done. After I had to send them the quote they never called me. Once it was “ready” the second time they somehow didn’t fix it all, again. I almost maxed out my rental insurance. Rose at the front desk made the process so much worse than it should have been as well.
Front desk lady is very rude. She was not welcoming and looked at me like I had done something wrong. She was also very slow to answer questions and couldn’t fit me in to give me an appraisal on my vehicle when my insurance company sent me there to get one. I will never go there again.
