Working with Gerber Collision was extremely disappointing. Not only did my vehicle take an excessive amount of time to repair, but when I picked it up, there were numerous issues that should have been addressed before it was returned to me. Extremely rude staff, accusing me of attempting insurance fraud when I was simply asking questions. Zero empathy or tact. Spoke to me as a criminal for no reason.
Walked in this morning with my truck to get a quote for painting the front bumper. I was ready to move forward and schedule the work the same day. From the moment I walked in, the front desk experience was terrible. No greeting (even after I said good morning), attitude, side-eye, and just overall unprofessional behavior. When asked if I was paying through insurance or out of pocket, I said out of pocket. Throughout the repair, Emily kept me updated with regular text messages, which I really appreciated.
