They were very nice my car was total and made me sad but they were very helpful and kind
Both of my head lights were working before I took it to them to repair my bumper when I got it back 1 head light wasn't working I called about it they told me they were not response for it an are not going to fix it I ended up spending $185 to repair it I called my insurance company they didn't put it on the estimate report because it wasn't broken when they did the estimate for the car
I got Steven on the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable and lead me in the right direction for what I called for
Absolutely the slowest repair shop in the world. I took my car there at the beginning of July for a minor fender bender and now I have been without my car for just about a month. I didn’t revive a call from in in a while so I took it upon myself to call them and ask them how much longer and the man went on to lie to me and tell me that it would’ve been don’t at the end of that week and it wasn’t, so I got lied to and been without a car for a month.
Took my car there to have the grill replaced. Everything was working on the car. I get my car back and the heater is not working. Called Gerber they acted like they did not know why the heater is not working. Also, the bumper and grill is not attached properly and the work is subpar. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I now have to go to my car dealership and get a diagnostic to see why my car heater is not working. They are horrible and rude and will not fix anything they break or damage on your car.
