Stay Away!!! Horrible experience TWICE!!! We had an accident last year in our Brand NEW 2023 Ford F150, with Nationwide Insurance who recommended Gerber. I called and was NEVER TOLD they use AFTERMARKET PARTS, not FORD parts. While working on it they FINALLY let it slip they were using AFTER MARKET parts, and when I argued with them they blamed Nationwide and said they require after market parts!!! I called Nationwide and was told I would have had to request Ford parts and pay an extra premium when I originally purchased the... read more
Very little communication given. Took over a month to replace trim.
2025 Ram 1500. Was damaged by getting rear ended at stop sign. From setting up my Appt time/ drop off/ went over my expectations for using only OEM replacement parts. Quoted @ 2 weeks for repairs... Got my truck in less than a week. Repairs look like factory new still which was my main concern. Tailgate molding needed adjusted when I picked it up, they did it immediately. Very Satisfied Nikki Burnett was my service writer.
Great place, fast and excellent work, very pleased with this company!
