Gerber is awesome they give you updates on your vehicle 2 times a week my car was badly damaged and they did an awesome job inside and out I was very impressed 😁 thank you
I was originally told that my repair in Eau Claire, WI would take 4-5 days so I secured a rental car for 5 days. On what should’ve been Day 3 of my repair, I got a call and was told my truck was just being brought in and the repair will start on what should be Day 4. So I had to secure my rental for another 3 days which was extra $300+ out my pocket. Put on used parts and tell customer if they want new have to pay extra said they have to get parts from their venders and there venders do not stand behind the used parts
