Quick service and great customer service!
My experience was nothing but bad from the start. Gerber Collision and Glass is very unorganized, poor communication, and plain out rude. I took my vehicle in for an estimate on a Friday and still by Tuesday they had still not done the estimate nor had anyone called to give me a time frame. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday when I had enough. Upon picking my vehicle up I was spoken to rudely. Told good luck finding another shop ect.
Quick and friendly service. Lori was absolutely amazing and saved me $800 on my rental for speeding up the service end date. Strongly recommended! Thank you guys for doing such an outstanding job!
I stopped in to have my sunroof looked at and justin was very helpful and answered all my questions. I felt like he was honest and genuine. If I have anything else wrong with my car I will definitely go here.
