Little man with gray hair is a hassle.
Poor communication. Had to call all the time to get updates. Go with your gut when picking a shop and don’t go with one insurance has recommended. Took 2 months to repair my vehicle (the trunk still rattles) told lies to the insurance company about things that they said to me upon pickup and claimed I was the one that told them that and had the nerve to tell me it was ready and there was a check engine light on that was conveniently unrelated to the accident. 3 days after picking it up it was stalling out and my 4 year old a... read more
