Lauren and her team are so kind. They went out of the way to help me figure out my car and get it fixed. They clearly explained every thing from what I would need to fix my car. They clearly listened to me and treated to me like a person rather then a way to earn money. So kind. Such a lovely group of people. Thank you so much!
I was so disappointed… the first time I used this shop the work was decent( leaving lights out) the customer service was questionable but they were easy to work with so I paid it no mind. However this time the customer service was terrible I ended up changing the shop altogether. It’s not worth the headache…
Gerber took great care of our truck and made the body repair as painless as possible. Our tailgate looks like nothing happened. The paint match was perfect. The staff are friendly and communicative. Highly recommend this place!
These guys were great. I dropped in for damage assessments and quote. They were very friendly and quick and just the kind of place that does the extra little things without being asked to. I really appreciated my experience here. Top notch customer service.
Took more time than expected but that saved me some of my brand new car's mileage... Got rear ended on the freeway... The office team/customer service are awesome, very informative... Haven't met the maintenance crew but done an awesome job... There's Enterprise Rent-A-Car that does business so you can pick up and drop off the rental there... I would do service here again but I hope not!!! (Sarcasm and knocking on wood) Thank you guys for all that you do!!!
