These guys were great. I dropped in for damage assessments and quote. They were very friendly and quick and just the kind of place that does the extra little things without being asked to. I really appreciated my experience here. Top notch customer service.
Took more time than expected but that saved me some of my brand new car's mileage... Got rear ended on the freeway... The office team/customer service are awesome, very informative... Haven't met the maintenance crew but done an awesome job... There's Enterprise Rent-A-Car that does business so you can pick up and drop off the rental there... I would do service here again but I hope not!!! (Sarcasm and knocking on wood) Thank you guys for all that you do!!!
My review of Gerber collision & Glass my truck got sideswiped in a parking lot while I was still in my vehicle. The damage wasn't too bad it was the right front corner of my bumper that was scuffed. But I talked to the other driver and said well I'm going to call the police and make a police report and get this taken care of through the insurance your insurance. I am both impressed and disappointed in this shop at the same time. Impressed because I firmly believe they’re only in business because they successfully scam insurance companies. Disappointed because they’re not successful enough to make sure the job is done properly so as to not put the burden on their customers. On November 24th, I missed 2 calls from them. One at 1:16p and one at 2:36p. I called back at 2:58p. They let me know services were complete and I could pick up that day. I left work and stopped by the shop around... read more
