I was so disappointed… the first time I used this shop the work was decent( leaving lights out) the customer service was questionable but they were easy to work with so I paid it no mind. However this time the customer service was terrible I ended up changing the shop altogether. It’s not worth the headache…
Gerber took great care of our truck and made the body repair as painless as possible. Our tailgate looks like nothing happened. The paint match was perfect. The staff are friendly and communicative. Highly recommend this place!
These guys were great. I dropped in for damage assessments and quote. They were very friendly and quick and just the kind of place that does the extra little things without being asked to. I really appreciated my experience here. Top notch customer service.
Took more time than expected but that saved me some of my brand new car's mileage... Got rear ended on the freeway... The office team/customer service are awesome, very informative... Haven't met the maintenance crew but done an awesome job... There's Enterprise Rent-A-Car that does business so you can pick up and drop off the rental there... I would do service here again but I hope not!!! (Sarcasm and knocking on wood) Thank you guys for all that you do!!!
My review of Gerber collision & Glass my truck got sideswiped in a parking lot while I was still in my vehicle. The damage wasn't too bad it was the right front corner of my bumper that was scuffed. But I talked to the other driver and said well I'm going to call the police and make a police report and get this taken care of through the insurance your insurance.
