My review of Gerber collision & Glass my truck got sideswiped in a parking lot while I was still in my vehicle. The damage wasn't too bad it was the right front corner of my bumper that was scuffed. But I talked to the other driver and said well I'm going to call the police and make a police report and get this taken care of through the insurance your insurance. I am both impressed and disappointed in this shop at the same time. Impressed because I firmly believe they’re only in business because they successfully scam insurance companies. Disappointed because they’re not successful enough to make sure the job is done properly so as to not put the burden on their customers. On November 24th, I missed 2 calls from them. one of the most stressful companies we have ever had to deal with. We have tried to get our car fixed for over two weeks now with this company , and every time we call there is a different story or a different lie to why they can not receive our car. the issue is , we signed we would work with them.
