Initial visit for assessment on damage to our vehicle was outstanding. David and the entire staff were terrific to work with, and completely understanding of our needs. Was extremely pleased with the finished work.

The experience at Gerber in Buford,Ga was excellent! Very professional, great communication and very skilled. Amber was awesome , very nice and always greets you with a smile. The rest of the team was also very nice, over communicated and was right on schedule. Great experience, hightly recommend.
Dropped off the car 8/19. Car was due back to me 9/9 called 9/8 they said it was on track and ready to be picked up by EOD 9/9. On 9/9 at 12:25pm, with everything set for pickup, they sent an sms update saying the date had changed due to delays. Despite the poor communication, my car was fixed and ready for pick 9/18. I was happy to be receiving my car back after a month…..only to finally receive it and see they cracked my front windshield.
