You can't even tell that my car was ever in an accident
2025 Kia Soul was damaged from the hailstorm in march. They held onto my car for 16/30 days of my rental time. Every time i tried to get information about when repairs would be started i got told "everyone is having a hard time." Ended up paying out of pocket to get my glass repaired and when i went to pick it up Gerber had written 'Totaled' on all of my windows without my insurance company telling them it was totaled. Took my vehicle here from a hail damage insurance claim and after taking months to repair my vehicle. When i came to pick it up it had horrible panel gaps (people ask me all the time if my hood is open) and multiple pieces of trim with busted tabs that i assume came off my own vehicle when it was damaged. I knew it was a bad choice to take it here because they fixed a previous vehicle of mine( another insurance fix) in which the paint was a completely different shade of red from my car.
