The Manager and staff are wonderful to deal with.
Update: My wife and I did have a very poor experience with this location but after speaking a regional manager we were able to resolve the issue and had an excellent experience with the Killeen location. Poor quality repairs didn't even last 6 months then they refused to honor their so called warranty. I strongly advise any and everyone to avoid this shop and if you have no choice but to use them then throughly document the damage before and after any so called "repairs" because THEY WILL CHEAT YOU. They do everything they can to make you pay 2 deductibles. Not sure why they are running scams for the insurance companies but there are better places that do better work for the money.
I 100% recommend Gerber! This Gerber Collision was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. It was so easy to schedule an estimate and the work they did on my car was excellent. They are so kind and accommodating. I will definitely be using them for any future needs. Thank you!
