Great Experience our vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!
Our Honda Accord was sent to Gerber Collision for damage from an accident which caused some mechanical issues. The collision repairs seemed to be done correctly but the mechanical repairs have been very frustrating. They seem to only have a mechanic that comes in as needed and it has taking a few attempts to fix the car. The last issue was we picked up our car and the wipers did not work. We returned it to them and they stated that they ran a bunch of test and they were certain that the wiper motor needed to be replaced. I t... read more
Had an excellent experience with Gerber. Took my car to the Stuart Engels location. The staff were professional and courteous. Car was completed before estimated time. Would highly recommend!

Phenomenal customer service. I came in with some body damage on my Volvo; I expected an expensive repair. Robert looked at the issue -- after speaking with one of his technicians, they fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes, then took the time to explain what they found, how they fixed it, and what to look out for. They wouldn't accept payment since it was such a quick fix. I hope I don't have any other issues, but if I do, I'll take my car to Gerber Collision and Glass.
