I'm very happy with the work Gerber Collision &Glass did on my Son Vehicle!
AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!! This has been an absolute crap show! I would have given them a zero star if possible. No follow up. Nothing but the run around from day one. We are 7 weeks later and I still do not even know what the STATUS is of my vehicle. They promised updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That has not happened one single time. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in a minor car accident, not at fault, and they have had my car for 5 weeks. The other insurance is paying and covering my rental, but it has been so long, that they are ending my coverage, so I will have to pay out of pocket. My insurance company is partnered with Gerber Collision, so I let them set up my appointment there, but I shouldn't have. Good work with above average communication. I dropped off my truck and received txt alerts as the truck moved through the repair process...it was actually seamless.
I would advise anyone who's thinking about getting service here to stay AWAY!!! Worst customer service with lies coming from every department. I've been in contact with Cody in regards to my hood being replaced and haven't had a honest response yet. This is an ongoing situation since February. I have all of the messages and text between Cody and I. I call every week about an update and Whitney keeps telling me that she's passing the messages to Cody and he's just not responding to me.
