Even though it took longer than promised to get my car back due to extensive damage, they kept me up to date and informed on everything. They were very apologetic but made sure that I had the safest vehicle that they could provide for me. The staff is friendly and Lexi was just awesome!
We were very pleased with our experience at Gerber Collision. Matt, Lexi, and the front desk provided excellent service. They kept us updated along the way of the repair of our vehicle and completed the repair sooner than expected. Not only did they repair our car, but they cleaned it inside and out! The front bumper looked better than it did even before the accident. We were very impressed. And we will definitely refer Gerber Collision to others.
Went here to get my Chevy EUV bolt fixed. It took much longer than expected, over a week longer, and as a rideshare driver that was quite inconvenient. The door was fixed, that's what was damaged, it was replaced, but not every time it opens it makes a loud noise. The guy who handled the service, Lexy I think is his name... He was respectful and helpful, so in terms of customer service I have no complaints. I wouldn't recommend but also wouldn't discourage business either, thus I think my review is fair.
Incredibly friendly and stood by their work! Excellent service and communication. I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. They even went the extra mile and detailed the inside for me.
