We try to get them to take accountability for two holes that they put in our headliner. When they took it out to do some work on our car. They refused to accept the issue that was presented to them. The car when we got it back was disgusting with black greasy handprints that were all over the headliner and glass. My sun visor fell down from the roof when I put it down to get the sun out of my eyes. To their credit, they did clean the greasy fingerprints off the headliner. I do not recommend it, I left my car there to fix a scratch on the door and a week later when I went to pick up my car the wheel had a huge scratch that was not there before. I tried to talk to them, showed them photos and they still refused to take responsibility. First and last time I do any kind of work with them. Before there were only two small scratches on the wheel and when I went to pick it up it was just like the ones in the photos.
