Had may car for 5 weeks. When I picked it up, it started making awful noises when I turned, accelerated, and braked. It is getting progressively worse. They are refusing to cover a rental car if I take it back in and claiming the issue was before the accident. If you are considering taking your car here, go somewhere else.
I truly appreciate everyone who worked on my vehicle. A special thank you to Leah for keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my vehicle, I was honestly amazed. It looked brand new, like nothing had ever happened to it. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for such outstanding service!
We try to get them to take accountability for two holes that they put in our headliner. When they took it out to do some work on our car. They refused to accept the issue that was presented to them. The car when we got it back was disgusting with black greasy handprints that were all over the headliner and glass. My sun visor fell down from the roof when I put it down to get the sun out of my eyes. To their credit, they did clean the greasy fingerprints off the headliner.
