RUSTY PARTS The girls at the front desk were polite and friendly. The estimate and work to be completed seemed reasonable. It was an accident and the other party's insurance was responsible. Once the work was completed, we were not satisfied nor were we told the specifics. He acted as if he did us a favor by replacing the part. The part replaced was worse the part he removed. When we tried to resolve the issue he told us to take it up with the insurance company. He then hung up on me. So much for customer service! NEVER AGAI... read more
