Lousy customer service. Had a 3:00 appt for an estimate. When I arrived, was told the ONLY estimator there was on the phone and I had to wait. When it appeared he was going to be tied up for a long while, asked is someone else could help. No, you just have to wait for him....decided to take my business elsewhere.

You never want to get into an Accident but if you do Gerber is the right place to go for a very fast turnaround, great customer service. My car looks great!
When I initially called, I was told getting my car repaired from hail damage would take 2 weeks “on the long side,” 3 weeks “at most”. I finally got my car back after 24 days. I understand that hail repair requires extensive work, including taking the vehicle apart and putting it back together (which they didn’t explain initially) but I’m still disappointed with the length of time it took.
