Back in 2020 I had gotten a chip/crack in my windshield, I went to this location to get it repaired. I was told all my repairs had a lifetime warranty and to call back if there were any problems. Fast forward to 2025, the chip they repaired is cracking again. I called up Gerber and was told that since the windshield repair was contracted out to a third party, the windshield is not covered by the Gerber lifetime warranty. Everyone was helpful and my car was handled with quality work.
This review is regarding minor crash repair from the car insurance preferred repair shop (Gerber). Very good initial impressions during all phases of drop-off & repair process. Hopefully these impressions are accurate in regards to any potential long term repair quality issue resolutions.
