Took car there, as it was recommended by my insurance. Great communication. Was told it was going to be 17k and 3 weeks, they continued to keep me updated on the status (ordered parts, waiting for parts, almost done). At the end of the 3 weeks, was told it would be an other week. Then, 2 days before the pick up time was told by my insurance that there was 6k more damage to the interior and that it was going to be totaled.
