Took car there, as it was recommended by my insurance. Great communication. Was told it was going to be 17k and 3 weeks, they continued to keep me updated on the status (ordered parts, waiting for parts, almost done). At the end of the 3 weeks, was told it would be an other week. Then, 2 days before the pick up time was told by my insurance that there was 6k more damage to the interior and that it was going to be totaled. The staff is all very kind, great at communicating, and go above and beyond for their customers! It’s very refreshing to deal with such great customer service. They did an amazing job with my Kia. I got rear-ended on the highway and had to get my trunk and bumper replaced. They were fast and efficient!
