DO NOT - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, take your car to Gerber collision on Feaster Rd. If you are a USAA customer, refuse to take your car there. They have been absolutely terrible to work with. My car was in an accident and rendered undriveable. They “fixed” my vehicle, only doing cosmetic/body work. They were supposed to, and confirmed several times, they checked my vehicle for mechanical damage (frame/axle/suspension/etc). 6 months later, my axle is completely bent and had to replace the entire axle. Randy did an amazing job! He went above and beyond my expectations and made sure everything was done right. He’s one of the best general managers I’ve met — very professional, helpful, and kind. I’m really thankful for all his effort and communication throughout the process. Hopefully I won’t need more repairs anytime soon, but if I ever do, I’d definitely come back because of Randy. Highly recommend him — he truly cares about his customers!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEIR REPAIR WILL REDUCE THE VALUE OF THE CAR Came in to get my bumper replaced. Was charged a hefty amount only to realize the bumper wasn’t fitted well. Had to come in again to get the bumper fitted in properly and even this time, the bumper wasn’t fitted properly. When I spoke with the GM at the branch, he was being very diplomatic and refused to state the obvious that it’s a bad job done by the repair team. Extremely bad service. They took my brother’s car 4 times, each time the bumper was not fixed well. We unfortunately had to take the car back because we needed it for our 4th of July trip. The manager was not willing to own up to his mistake and was extremely rude. Do not take your car here, you will regret it.
Very disappointing experience with our car. Gerber didn't take care of us as needed. Rude managers.
