Took my daughter’s car to Gerber after she hit a deer. They replaced the front grille on her Audi. About a week later, a small piece around the front fog light went missing. We weren’t sure if something hit it or if it wasn’t installed properly. Either way, we brought it back in, and Gerber ordered a new part and replaced it—no questions asked. The whole experience was excellent, and their communication was solid throughout. I’d definitely recommend them.
