Took my truck in to be fix, they did subpar work and then told me it was complete, apon pickup, I noticed they used the same damaged bumped just polished it up an put it back on thinking I wouldn't notice. Also 3 out of the 4 backup sensors have fallen out and are hanging. I took it back and they told me that parts wouldn't be available till a later date, so I'd have to wait about 2 more weeks to get my truck properly fixed. Recommend you go somewhere else.
Great staff and customer service experience. I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car here. The repairs were estimated to take 11 days and they finished it within 4 days. Five stars!
So far so good !! Taking my car in on 12/12 the staff is AMAZING !! .
I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! Josh was awesome to work with from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and always kept me updated on the progress. They painted my car, and the results were fantastic. The color match is perfect, and the finish looks brand new. I’m really impressed with the quality of their work and the customer service I received. Highly recommend!
