If I could give it 0 stars I would. After waiting 3 weeks to get my car in, they proceeded to increase the estimate twice in 4 weeks. All they did was take the front bumper and headlamps out, yet increased the estimate by $2000 so my insurance company wanted to total it. Never informed me, never communicated any thing unless I called. But the thing that brought me to write this review, to let everyone know not to trust your car here... is that my car was driven 1100 miles in the 4 weeks it was there. Great work and staff thanks Mark for handling everything so amazingly and professionally.
Greg and the entire team at this location did a great job. The repairs were explained completely and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Their customer service was excellent and I would return to this location again if I ever needed their service.
