Took my car here because Geico recommended it. They pushed my completion date back 3 times and ended up having it over 3 weeks. I had to pay so much more for my rental car than I expected from their initial completion date to get to work. Poor communication, and impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I tried texting them on a day it was supposed to be completed and they just pushed my completion date back again. I went out of my way to write a review here due to the extremely poor customer service experience I had working with my insurance to book an appointment here despite my previous two experiences that were less then stellar in the customer service department. Our insurance (Allstate) directly booked an appointment for me for an appraisal as an approved vendor. They called and left me a strange message that they didn’t know why Allstate gave the appointment as they were booked and “maybe they could get me in next week.” Then they cancelled my appointment via text.
