I had my car repaired here recently after a hit and run, and I processed the claim through my insurance company. The work they performed on the vehicle seems to be good, however the reason for the 1-star review is solely due to the estimator that I had to deal with, Jon Duncan. They ordered the wrong parts, but didn’t notice it until the day I was supposed to pick the car up, which added another week to the repair. Manager said they’d pick up the car rental fees for the extra days, it’s been three weeks and that STILL hasn’t happened. The headlight they installed filled up with condensation the day after I picked it up, as it rained that night. They ordered a second new headlight so I had to bring it back to have that installed.
