Where to begin… 1 star is too many. I’ll just touch on the big ones. Transmission is slipping and clunking loud, window from drivers side where they did work is not consistently working, I was charged for a new tire and rim but didn’t receive either. In fact, I think it may have looked slightly better in the top before picture! The paint is not the same color and when addressed they said the material was different so that’s normal. My experience with the work on my car was very good; the entire staff was very friendly and kept me informed at all times. The only thing that disappointed me when I returned the car was that the interior was completely dirty, full of dust, and had been moved parts that weren't related.
Have used Gerber twice this year with fantastic results. With a new model car, parts did have a delay, but not due to the work they performed. Highest recommendation.
