Had my first accident with my newborn in the car, Gerber in Bremerton was able to not only get me in the same day for an estimate on repairs but provided me with such amazing service and even I left with a better understanding of the coverage and payment process. 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing even minimal cosmetic fixes!
So they gave me the expected date but then I got a text that they’re expecting it to be done sooner, then they kept pushing it back and back. Why get someone’s hopes up that they might get their car back sooner? At this point I’m not even sure I’ll get my car back at the expected date.
They do an amazing job. My car looks like brand new.
I had a fantastic experience at this auto body shop! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend them. Eriko did an amazing job repairing my car—he was able to paint over the deep scratches so seamlessly that it looks brand new! Melissa kept me updated every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I was really impressed!
Best from start to finish. Highly recommend this collision place over the other places. They treat you like family.
