Took my car in because my mother did some damage to it. They were very nice and kept in better communication with me than my insurance company did. There was a discrepancy that was addressed by them to my insurance and everything on my car got fixed. Very nice people, went above and beyond. Especially Coen.
I was satisfied with the work done to my vehicle, however please remember not to leave any valuables in your car or it might be gone once your vehicle is returned. I left my $70 Burberry perfume in my car and of course it was missing upon retrieval date. Other than that, they did well with my car repairs.
I would not recommend this collision center. It seems as if they billed for things that they did not replace. I can't see where my car has been repainted, yet USAA was charged for that. My front license plate component was not properly replaced in its entirety, yet they billed for that. The splash guard was missing from the passenger front tire when I got the car back.
