I would not recommend this collision center. It seems as if they billed for things that they did not replace. I can't see where my car has been repainted, yet USAA was charged for that. My front license plate component was not properly replaced in its entirety, yet they billed for that. The splash guard was missing from the passenger front tire when I got the car back. The office at Gerber Collision is very clean, I was greeted with professionalism by Migdalia in the office and then Koen who took the estimated. Fred very polite and friendly drove me home when I dropped my vehicle off. Migdalia such a sweetheart, when calling Koen with any questions she knew who I was by my first and last name without me telling her.
